Chai Tea Directions: Bring 1 cup water to a boil and simmer 1 tsp spices for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup milk of your choice and 1 tsp black tea (optional). Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer 2 more minutes. Sweeten to taste. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and enjoy! Makes 12 oz chai tea.
